As a Yoga practitioner for over 25 years and a 500 hour Yoga Teacher, Therapist, and Instructor of aspiring Yoga Teachers, I offer a deep understanding of the physical, energetic, emotional, mental, and spiritual benefits of this sacred practice. I am available for group and individual classes, in-person and online, as well as consulting for teachers.

I began my Massage training with a trip to Thailand in 2010 to learn the healing art of Traditional Thai Yoga Massage, which is an ancient form of Massage Therapy, with roots in Yoga, Ayurvedic medicine, and Buddhist spiritual practice.

In 1997, I picked up my first book about Reiki and have been studying it ever since. I am now a Reiki Master and have combined this ancient Japanese healing art with my training in Jin Shin Jyutsu and Thai Yoga Massage to bring a unique and powerful healing experience to my clients.

I am a Reverend of the Universal Life Church and a Life Celebrant, who leads Meditation Circles, Seasonal Celebrations, and Transition Ceremonies for those desiring to honor their rites of passage through a special gathering of symbols, witnesses, and intentions.
