June’s classes will be a blend of therapeutic yoga and chi gung, with reiki and a sound bath to close the evenings. If you’re new to the idea of a sound bath- it’s a meditative experience where you are immersed in the ambient, resonant sounds of crystal bowls which bring deep physical and mental relaxation. The soothing vibrations lower heart rates, calm the mind, and ease tension from the body.
