Winter Thaw 3-week Yoga series!
Whether you’re new to yoga or already have a dedicated practice, you will benefit from this Winter Thaw series that helps you melt the effects of this long, cold winter. Starting off with a grounding, guided meditation and flowing into mindful movements that bring spaciousness to the lungs and ease to the joints, We then close with breathwork and relaxation. If you’ve been feeling stiff or achey and want to invite more flexibility into your body, join me for any or all of the classes in this series.
Mondays from 9-10:15am starting on:
March 2nd (focusing on shoulders)
March 9th (focusing on the back)
March 16th (focusing on hips)
There’s room for 6 participants, so sign up early to secure your spot! Remember to bring a yoga mat and a water bottle.
Classes are a suggested donation of $25 per class or purchase all three for $60. A portion of all profits will be donated to the local nonprofit: The Providence House, who’s mission is to keep kids safe and families together, embracing them with support to enhance stability that strengthens communities.
Back in 2020, when the facility where I taught weekly yoga classes for years shut down due to Covid, I started teaching outdoor yoga classes and giving the money I earned to a different local nonprofit each week. I’m excited to have my own space now to return to this practice of giving back to the community through financial support and hope you’ll join me in this offering that benefits us all.
