This sacred circle focuses on the energy center of our throats with herbs specifically chosen for their healing properties, yoga asana and pranayama practices that are mindfully sequenced to relax your jaw, stretch your shoulders, and unlock the potency of your voice.

We’ll close with a song circle in Sanskrit to infuse our herb blends with our creativity and unite our personal power with the collective, in reverence of this land we live on and the gift of plant life.

This event is one of the ways we honor our Mother Earth. To quote the podcast, The Emerald, “Enchanted land in one sense is land that has been sung to, honored over many, many years through the repetitive ritual of song. It’s impossible to count the number of cultures that have this proactive practice of singing to the land. If you’ve ever set foot on the Indian subcontinent, you’ve set foot on enchanted land. The land, the rivers, the trees, the rocks, sung to as distinct goddesses of place, in an unbroken stream of song dating back thousands of years.” On our own, we can’t dismantle every greed-fueled atrocity that has been done to the earth, but we can attempt to bring balance by offering gratitude and appreciation through our voices.
